Israeli Whistleblower with Info on Biden Corruption Disappears in Cyprus after Saying Biden Regime wants to ‘Bury Him’

An alleged Israeli whistleblower who is/was an expert on energy security has gone missing in Cyprus after claiming in a tweet that the Biden administration was out to “bury” him.

In February 2023, Dr. Gal Luft, the founder and executive director of the Washington-based Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS), was preparing to reveal damning information about the Biden family’s international business exploits to Congress when the Biden Department of Justice had him arrested for weapons trafficking.

Senator Charles Grassley, Member of the Senate Budget Committee, and James Comer, Chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray on May 3, 2023. “We have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures. Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice and the FBI possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then -Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. It has been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose” the letter says.

Luft reportedly told the FBI in 2019 that he was informed through a Chinese energy executive that he was the target of a federal investigation, allowing him to flee the country before he could be arrested.

On February 16, Luft was taken into custody at Larnaca International Airport following an arrest warrant issued by Interpol. The warrant suspected him of engaging in arms trafficking with China and Libya. Local authorities apprehended him as he was about to board a plane bound for Israel, as reported by the Cyprus Mail. Additionally, the arrest warrant accused Luft of misleading the FBI and violating the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA).

Luft, a former lieutenant colonel in the Israel Defense Forces, acknowledged his arrest in a tweet two days later. “I have been detained in Cyprus based on a politically motivated extradition request by the United States,” he stated on February 18. He further expressed, “The U.S. alleges that I am an arms dealer. It would be amusing if it weren’t so tragic. I have never engaged in arms dealing.” Luft continued by asserting, “The Department of Justice is attempting to silence me to shield Joe, Jim & Hunter Biden,” with the 56-year-old individual even hinting at disclosing specific names.

In February, Robert Henoch, the American attorney representing Dr. Luft, stated to the Washington Free Beacon that Dr. Luft is a whistleblower.

Following a conditional discharge order from the Larnaca court in March, Luft went missing. As per the Cyprus Mail, Luft had posted bail of €150,000 ($165,409.50) and was required to report to the Paphos central police station at regular intervals. However, he failed to appear on March 28, and has been unaccounted for since then. Larnaca police spokesperson Haris Hadjiyiasemi later informed the media in April that an additional European and international arrest warrant had been issued for Luft.

According to Henoch, four years ago Dr. Luft attempted to inform the Department of Justice that CEFC had been providing monthly payments of $100,000 to Hunter Biden and $65,000 to Joe Biden’s brother Jim. In exchange for these payments, CEFC sought to leverage the Bidens’ FBI connections and exploit the Biden name to advance China’s Belt and Road Initiative globally. According to The New York Post, Ye has stated that Hunter had an FBI informant known as “One-Eye” who received substantial payments for sharing classified law enforcement information.

“One-Eye” allegedly tipped off Ye Jianming that the Southern District of New York was investigating him.

According to the Post, Luft learned about the scheme through his relationships with Patrick Ho and Ye Jianming.

Mordechai Tzivin who also represents Luft said he was surprised by the reports in Cyprus. “To the extent that I know Gal Luft, he would never do anything against the law,” Tzivlin said. “Regardless of the reports, it is possible that certain American persons or institutions, who fear the information my client possesses, would do all that is in their power – under the law – to prevent him from testifying about what he knows,” he said.

Luft’s fate remains to be seen. His attorneys have called on Israeli authorities to intervene in Cyprus to block his extradition to the United States. Rep. James Comer (R., Ky.), the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said this month that he is investigating Luft’s claims and has been in contacts with his lawyers but now we have a missing Doctor Luft. It seems pretty convenient – doesn’t it?
