Some Facts: Epstein and Trump
As the established media works overtime trying to connect President Trump to Jeffrey Epstein, as they try and paint the President as a pedophile and/or rapist – the facts paint a much different picture.
Based on the Epstein-related documents, court records, victim testimony, and investigative reporting released to date (including the November 2025 tranche from the House Oversight Committee), there is no evidence or criminal charges indicating Donald Trump participated in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking crimes or abused any victims.
Multiple victims, such as Virginia Giuffre, have explicitly stated Trump did not engage in misconduct with them, and Epstein’s former pilot testified in Ghislaine Maxwell’s 2021 trial that he saw Trump on the plane but observed no wrongdoing.
Trump has never been charged in connection with Epstein, and he has denied any knowledge of or involvement in the crimes.
Trump HAS however…
- Banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago: Trump did bar Epstein from the club around 2007, according to multiple accounts from journalists, books, and Trump’s own statements. The primary reason cited in investigative reporting is that Epstein allegedly hit on (or harassed) the teenage daughter of another member, which was seen as a threat to the club’s reputation. Other explanations from Trump include Epstein “stealing” young spa workers from Mar-a-Lago (including Virginia Giuffre, who was recruited there as a minor). Epstein’s membership account was closed in October 2007, per club records.
- Told Ghislaine Maxwell to “stop” messing with young girls: This stems from a January 2019 email Epstein sent to author Michael Wolff, part of the tranche released by House Oversight Committee Democrats in November 2025. In it, Epstein wrote: “Trump said he asked me to resign, never a member ever. Of course, he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop.” The context appears to refer to Trump telling Maxwell to stop recruiting young women (referred to as “girls”) from Mar-a-Lago’s spa.
- Cooperated with prosecutors/investigation into Epstein: Trump provided voluntary assistance in 2009 to Bradley Edwards, an attorney representing multiple Epstein victims in civil cases tied to the broader probe. Edwards has repeatedly stated that Trump was “the only high-profile figure” who proactively called him, offered unlimited time, and shared helpful information about Epstein’s behavior (including at Mar-a-Lago)
Edwards praised Trump for this in interviews and his 2020 book Relentless Pursuit, noting it showed no indication of Trump’s involvement in wrongdoing.
Flight logs show Trump flew on Epstein’s private jet (the “Lolita Express”) seven times between 1993 and 1997, mostly short trips between Palm Beach, New York, and Atlantic City, none to Epstein’s private island (Little St. James), where the abuse allegedly occurred.
